Gornje Tihovo is located in the City of Delnice, in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County at an elevation of 444 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 1.56 km² (0.60 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only five inhabitants left. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Donji Turni, Donje Tihovo, Raskrižje Tihovo, Velika Lešnica, Gornji Turni, Mala Lešnica, Marija Trošt, Radočaj Brodski, Rogi and Iševnica.
