Skitača is located in the municipality Raša, in Istra County at an elevation of 424 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 9.71 km² (3.75 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only three inhabitants left. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Skvaranska, Brovinje, Koromačno, Ravni, Viškovići, Sveti Lovreč Labinski, Drenje, Stanišovi, Crni and Sveta Marina.
